At Fiberware, we own our own fiber towers to manufacture custom fibers (multimode fiber, single-mode fiber, GI fiber, GE fiber, HCS fiber, PCS fiber) that meet our customers' requirements. One characteristic is that we do not hold stock fibers as standard products since most of our manufacturing is based on customer requests. *There are some fibers that we have manufactured and kept in stock in the past, so if you have a specific fiber in mind, we can check if we have a similar specification available.

Due to the nature of the product, it is necessary to consider and optimize dimensions to match the installation target. However, we offer a semi-custom sleeve and bolt-shaped sensor assembly product that includes several basic specifications that can also be used for evaluation. This eliminates the need for customers to design and manufacture similar sensor assemblies from scratch, contributing to a reduction in the construction period from consideration of adoption to practical use. Installation can also be retrofitted to existing equipment or targets, provided that the conditions allow for work outside of the manufacturing and assembly processes of the target object. All products are designed with high weather resistance, assuming use in harsh field conditions, allowing for long-term use. The sleeve sensor, in particular, is a unique product focused on monitoring the mechanical integrity of rotating shafts such as motors, engines, and turbines, and we also provide dedicated software, tools, and initial evaluation kits for this product.
